DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED: A locally managed TDOT project for the City of Johnson City, the Indian Ridge/State of Franklin interchange is being redeveloped for increase traffic in the area. BCS is creating new turn lanes and accesses, bridge work, retaining walls, relocation utilities and installing new signalization.
